On Sunday 5 July, Cllr Louise Burton, Mayor of Whitworth, was joined by residents, community groups, local organisations and invited guests for Whitworth's Civic Sunday.
The day was a wonderful celebration of community spirit, bringing people together to recognise the dedication and commitment of those who make a positive difference across the town. Civic Sunday provided an opportunity to reflect on the importance of service, volunteering and working together to support the local community.
Following the service, guests enjoyed the opportunity to meet, chat and celebrate the occasion together, making it a memorable day for everyone involved.
