Whitworth’s Annual Christmas Carol Service at The Ashcroft
Whitworth’s Carol Service will take place at The Ashcroft (formally The Riverside) on Monday 8th December 2024 from 7pm. Doors open at 6.30 pm. This free event is a great way to start off the festive season and everyone is warmly welcome to join the Mayor, Councillor Janet Whitehead for a jolly night at this very special Christmas event.
The service will be led by Reverend Laura Brinicombe and will feature traditional Christmas carols accompanied by Whitworth Vale and Healey Brass Band. Whilst the event is very much in the planning stage at present, everyone here at Whitworth Town Council is looking forward to this special annual festive event. After the service, guests are invited to join us for hot drinks and mince pies. All funds raised will be donated to the Mayor’s charity fund.
The Mayor hopes to see everyone there enjoying the festive season.
